Really nice article about a topic that most people, including me, don’t know nearly enough about.
I think it’s important to remember that there is a distinct difference between subsistence farming and profitable small scale farming, but the latter can definitely feed the world and probably do a much better job of it with far less waste than huge scale commercial farming does.
